Salary: £22,417 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 2.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about empowering young people to thrive in Darlington? The Junction, a vibrant charity amplifying youth voices, seeks two enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Support Workers to join our new team.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside a Lead Group Worker to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You’ll co-facilitate an engaging weekly session (2 hours each) filled with diverse activities designed to nurture creativity, build positive relationships, and foster a sense of belonging.
