Welcome to The Junction Foundation

The Junction’s vision is to be a catalyst for change in our communities and our mission is to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and families.

Through our experience, working in our communities with children and young people we know that they are brimming with potential to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Through a combination of barriers, circumstances, events and situations children, young people and families are prevented from building on their strengths and unlocking their potential.

The Junction is committed to making a difference.
