About The Junction:

We’re a vibrant charity, empowering children, young people, and their families in Tees Valley. We believe in building trust, self-belief, and a sense of belonging through positive relationships and meaningful participation. We’re proud of our reputation for championing children and young people’s voices and driving positive change through social action.

Volunteering Hours: Supporting one project per week for a minimum of 6 months

Role Purpose:  

• To support service delivery through structured group work sessions to enable access to services and other opportunities.
• To support positive outcomes for children and young people.  

Support and key contacts: 

Each volunteer will be assigned a mentor and receive further support from Service and Project Coordinators.
