A world where no one is left to struggle alone.

The Junction Multibank provides essential items for people and families who need it most.

Working in partnership with Amazon and other local suppliers, The Junction Multibank is a central hub which collects and then distributes essential items like warm clothes, hygiene products, school uniforms, crockery, and household furnishings.

The Junction Multibank is designed to fight poverty and enrich lives in Tees Valley.

How does it work?

The idea is simple: companies and businesses have surplus goods that people need, and local charities working in Tees Valley know the people who need them.

The Junction Multibank connects the two to reduce the effects of poverty while contributing to a more circular economy.

Businesses, including Amazon, donate surplus goods, which are processed at The Junction Multibank warehouse.

Charities, community groups, teachers and social workers in Tees Valley identify people who need essential items like warm clothes, bedding, hygiene products, and school uniforms, and items like crockery and household furnishings that help make a house a home. The Junction Multibank does not distribute goods to people directly but through services that have trusted relationships with people in need making it more likely that need will identified.
