We understand the effect mental health can have on children, young people and families we offer a range of advice and signposting, support and therapeutic interventions as part of the local Getting Help offer to enable you to overcome any difficulties you may be facing.

Accessing appropriate emotional wellbeing and mental health support at the right time enables children and young people to build resilience and face life's challenges in a positive way. We support children and young people aged 5 to 25 years across Tees Valley.
We Listen
Help to explore the difficulties you are facing through a person centered assessment to ensure you get choice about the right support at the right time, including information, advice and signposting:
Support to develop goal-based plans putting you in control of your support
Access to Emotional Wellbeing Support focused on early intervention and prevention through guided self help and evidence based approaches to build resilience and coping strategies
Access to a range of Low Intensity and High Intensity evidence based therapeutic interventions, effective in the treatment most common mental health problems – low mood, anxiety, OCD, phobias etc
Access to a range of counselling, emotional wellbeing and family support to help you improve relationships and face life’s challenges in a positive way
Regular review of outcomes to acknowledge positive change and ensure support is effective
The opportunity to influence children and young people’s mental health locally through providing feedback on services, coproduction of services, awareness raising and campaigning
