Congratulations to our fantastic CEO, Beth Major, worthy winner of the Women in Leadership Award at the Inspiring Women Awards Redcar & Cleveland held on Friday at Kirkleatham Museum.
On her win, Beth said “Initially reluctant as I’m generally a nominator not a ‘nominee’ I was really touched by Jayne Walker ‘s nomination, as it highlighted the the things I really care about – putting the children and young people we work with first and fighting the good fight to keep supporting families facing challenges.
The achievements of women in all categories blew me away – particularly the volunteer and life time achievement awards, the number of women in the room who inspire me was awesome, the speeches uplifting and motivating.
To all who were nominated or part of the organising team – I salute you. Never one to shy away from stealing a good line – go forth and be fabulous!”
