SENIOR OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Sara Mirsalehi is the Senior Operational Manager at The Junction. She’s led the Emotional Well-being and Mental Health team since 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience in the voluntary, health, and education sectors.

Based in Middlesbrough, Sara works hard to ensure young people’s voices are heard and their needs are met. Her background in service development and multi-disciplinary management equips her to drive impactful change to young people across the Tees Valley. As an advocate for social justice, she is committed to empowering marginalised individuals, working with diverse communities, and building partnerships to raise aspirations and improve outcomes.
