YOUTH AND PARTICIPATION LEAD

Phil Dolphin is the Youth and Participation Lead at The Junction, where he has worked since 2021 to enhance engagement and support for marginalised young people across Tees Valley. 

With over a decade of experience as a project leader in young people’s substance misuse, Phil brings extensive knowledge of youth support services and a commitment to empowering young people to make positive choices. He is an experienced safeguarding lead and previously a service VEMT lead. Phil has a degree and a CMI Level 3 Diploma in Leadership.

Phil lives in Saltburn with his wife and twin boys, outside of work, he can be found either playing tennis, climbing hills or surfing off Saltburn Beach.

His diverse experience in both youth engagement and community activities strengthens The Junction’s mission, as he brings valuable insights into youth participation, wellbeing, and positive lifestyle development.
