Founder of Promethean Play Ltd and co-founder of Kozo Design Solutions Ltd, Matt joined The Junction following a pro-bono project in 2019. His leadership in organisational design and strategic HR supports The Junction’s growth, allowing him to contribute meaningfully to its mission of empowering young people.
