Job Title: Emotional Well Being Practitioner
Salary: £22,659 – £ 23,339 pro rata
Hours: Various posts/hours available
Responsible to: Emotional Well Being Service Lead

JOB PURPOSE: To support vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people with emotional and mental ill health to rise above life’s challenges, build resilience, achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

The Junction are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our emotional Health and wellbeing service supporting young people aged 5-18. The successful candidate must have a Level 5 Professional Qualification (or equivalent) relevant to working with Children and Young People, and have
experience in supporting young people with Emotional Well-Being and Mental ill health. You must have experience of working within this age group as well as a whole family approach. You will be required to have experience of working with educational settings and of working with external support agencies.
